Reproductions

Many of Robert’s paintings are available in print form. Some are in limited editions while others not.

They can be output on archival paper or on artist quality canvas as giclees. These are all done in- house under Robert’s supervision.

They can also be customized to your size and personalized as you would wish, viz., embellished by Robert, signed with a dedication or with a personal sketch to the side.

If you are a hotel or corporation and require a ‘Robert Hagan look’ throughout then we can do that as well.

Just ask and we will do our best to make it work for you.

To Order

Select the image you want and the size you want then calculate the price thus: multiply the inches in length with the height of the image chosen then multiply by the dollar value per sq inch applicable to the image you want. eg. 30 x 40 inches = 1200 x USD50 cents = 600 USD

Although most of the images can be reproduced to just about any size if it is too big to retain faithfulness we will let you know.

The Printing Process

Modern computer technology and advances in the printing process have resulted in a revolution in the world of artistic printmaking and a change in the preferred way for galleries and publishers to make reproduction prints.

The Giclee process uses extremely fine droplets of ink that are transferred with incredible precision to heavy water-colour paper or canvas. Computer technology ensures that these droplets produce a resolution that is significantly finer than that obtained by conventional printing.

Our Giclee process uses 320gsm Arches watercolour paper and canvas that is rotated on a drum at high speed with the print head moving very slowly across the drum transferring the ink. This process can take over one hour to complete and results in a superb quality of the print.

The Giclee process captures the integrity of the original painting with ultimate accuracy and the reproduction of the work onto the finest quality acid-free cotton ensures archival quality (lasting up to 95 years without any discernable fading on paper and 60+ years on canvas).
